Mesa Management’s response to COVID-19

We are closely monitoring the developments surrounding COVID-19. First and foremost, we want to maintain a healthy living environment and to adopt practices protecting the health of employees, residents, visitors, and others. We strongly encourage you to only invite guests to your home whom provide necessary services to your family.
Our team is taking necessary action to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus and asks all residents to cooperate with us as we implement the following temporary suspension of normal activities.
Our COVID-19-related policy updates include:
  • Closing community amenities such as our fitness centers, clubhouses, meeting room spaces and pools
  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning in our common areas throughout the property, especially heavily traveled areas
  • Requesting contact via phone and email with our office team in support of social distancing
  • Focusing our maintenance teams on emergency work orders in order to limit interpersonal exposure and providing them appropriate PPE
  • Conducting virtual tours with prospective residents to limit the number of people entering our communities
  • Offering virtual tours or no contact tours to allow in-person visits to the community without potential exposure
  • Online application processing
  • To restrict contact with delivery personnel, the office will temporarily suspend package acceptance in the office
  • Offering current tenants affected by COVID-19 financial relief with repayment plans, waived late fees
During normal business hours, please contact the leasing office for maintenance emergencies.
After hours you will use the emergency on call phone number to report maintenance emergencies only.
Thank you for your continued loyalty, support, and cooperation. We will continue taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and will adapt our practices according to their most up-to-date recommendations.
